Export Sheba works at the intersection of trade, product development and market access for Bangladeshi SMEs. We are building a team of people who want hands-on experience in exports, marketing and storytelling for real businesses reaching international buyers.

Internship Program

Three-month paid internship across three tracks. Choose the track that matches your interest and skill set — you do not need experience in all three, just a strong fit for one.

Tracks

  • Research & Reporting

    Support market research, competitor analysis and impact reporting for Export Sheba's SME partners. Good fit for candidates comfortable with data, writing and structured analysis.

  • Marketing & Sales

    Help plan and execute outreach to buyers and partners, support campaign work and assist with SME-facing communication. Good fit for candidates interested in trade marketing and client-facing work.

  • Videography

    Shoot and edit content covering SME partners, product lines and Export Sheba's on-ground work. Good fit for candidates with a camera/editing portfolio, even an informal one.

When applying, specify which track you are applying for. Applications for the wrong track without a stated preference will be treated as Research & Reporting by default.

Campus Ambassador

Represent Export Sheba on your campus. Ambassadors help build awareness of our internship and partner programs among students and act as a local point of contact for Export Sheba activities at their university.

What you'll do

  • Share Export Sheba opportunities and updates with your campus network
  • Help promote our internship openings and events on social media and on-campus channels
  • Act as the campus point of contact for any Export Sheba visits or collaborations

What you get

An official certificate and experience letter recognizing your role, plus early access to Export Sheba's internship and programme opportunities.
